Who I am

Two words that best describe my modus operandi are "agile and analytical". I have over ten years of experience in building and developing global businesses such as Packhelp, InPost and GetResponse. I effectively identify development opportunities and build streamlining processes, knowing the exact moment when to take a risk.

This has historically resulted in, for example, a year-on-year increase in new sales by 210%. I understand what it means to be a 2.0 leader: maximizing the potential of teams and individuals and sharing knowledge that facilitates building healthy, high-performing teams that deliver.
